RETURNS & REFUNDS

All returns must first be authorized. It’s important to let us know right away if there is a problem so we can address it sooner before later. Returns will only be accepted using the provided shipping return label we supply. DO NOT SHIP THE ITEMS BACK TO THE SENDERS ADDRESS ON THE PACKAGE

Its “IMPORTANT” to note that to qualify for a refund, all returns must be in brand new, unworn, unused, unaltered condition with its original tags still attached and in its original packaging. You may be asked to provide pictures and/or video of the product you are attempting to return. In the event the garment is returned in used, worn, or altered condition, it will be discarded, and we reserve the right to refuse to refund your order.

▪ We offer FREE no hassle returns on our CCPRODUCTS line. This covers 98% of our inventory. Products must be returned within 14 days for a full refund. Any returns received after 14 days and before 30 days will be issued store credit only minus return shipping costs. Items received after 30 days will be discarded, and no refund will be issued.  

▪ Once your return request is approved, we will generate an RMA# along with a prepaid label which will be sent via email. You can then print the label, attach it to any box or package and return the items. After your item is returned and processed, depending on your banking institution it could be 3-10 days after processing before you see the credit back to your account.

▪ Returns of our 2nd line named TRPRODUCTS must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your entire order and shipped back to us within 7 days of submission to qualify for a refund. This would include items like all our footwear (shoes, heels, boots, etc.). Return shipping cost for TRPRODUCTS is non-refundable and will be deducted from your final refund.

FINAL SALE ITEMS

All swimwear, bodysuits, intimates, lingerie, jewelry, sunglasses, towels, face masks, sale items, reduced priced items, items purchased with a coupon code of 25% off or more, are final sale items and cannot be returned or refunded. Any questions about final sale items please feel free to contact us.

CANCELLATIONS

ANY CANCELLATION REQUESTS MUST BE RECEIVED BEFORE THE ORDER HAS BEEN PROCESSED AND/OR SHIPPED

Orders can be cancelled only before the process begins to ship the item. The buyer needs to contact us immediately to let us know the reason for the cancellation. Please contact SUPPORT@J-FASHIONS.COM and we will arrange the cancellation.

 ITEMS THAT HAVE ALREADY BEEN SHIPPED CANNOT BE CANCELED

BUYERS MAY NOT PLACE CREDIT CARD DISPUTES OR CHARGEBACKS WITHOUT FIRST COMMUNICATING WITH J-FASHIONS SO WE CAN COME TO AN AMICABLE SOLUTION IN REGARD TO YOUR PURCHASE. PLEASE, REACH OUT TO SUPPORT@J-FASHIONS.COM THANK YOU!

We reserve the right to cancel your order and refund your payment for any reason, including because of suspicion of fraud, product mispricing, and items that are out of stock. additionally, we reserve the right to cooperate with federal and/or local law enforcement in relation to suspected fraud, as well as pursue civil remedies against suspected perpetrators.
